The paper presents the results of researches for producing liquid organo-mineral fertilizers with nitrogen, based on waste ammonium ligno-sulfates, coming from the cellulose industry, enriched with various sources of industrial nitrogen. Four types of such fertilizers were obtained, which proved their high efficiency as compared to the classical fertilizers with nitrogen. The production costs of these fertilizers referred to the active substance are 10 - 15 per cent lower
