How to improve the demarcation of the zones of forest endangerment due to immissions. The demarcation of the zones of forest endangerment is still justified near intensive local immission sources with prevalence of dry deposition. In regional air pollution with increasing altitude the load of wet deposition is growing, and its impact on the deterioration of forest health condition results more in physiological and chronic damage of stands, mainly on ridges and in mountains with the altitude above 1000 m. The dynamics of stands damage by immissions is slower here, the stands are maturing, reach rotation age, produce seeds and are capable of natural regeneration on some plots, therefore their classification into C and D zones of endangerment is proper
