Effect of foliar feeds [fertilizer application] on contents of safety risk elements in grape musts and wines

In this contribution, the influence of foliar vine nourishment on dynamics of hygienically important risk elements is evaluated. The contents of heavy metals in must were not increased after threefold application of foliar nourishment in important evolutionary phases of vine. The risk elements, which could get in musts and wines, can be controlled more easily if applicated fertilizers have exactly-known structure and recommended concentrations. Positive influence of desirable parameters (sugar in grape fruits, the yield of crops) is not unambiguous and it is strongly influenced by climatic conditions and secondary factors
