Relations between the flavon contents, and the grafted plant development and graft union in Rup du lot/Iskenderiye Misketi graft combination

In this study, the relations between shoot developments and flavon contents of both the rootstocks and the scions in the Pupestris du Lot/Iskenderiye Misketi graft combination were discussed. In addition, anatomical observations as regards necrotic layer intensities of the graft union on the sections belonging to the different periods after grafting. Finally, the correlation of r=0.736+0.17 between the flavon contents of the rootstock and scion, nad the correlation of r=0.691+0.18 between shoot length and the flavon content of the rootstock were found. On the other hand, the graft success was 88.90% and the graft survival was 84.47%
