This investigation was conducted to determine the effects of rations containing 5, 10 and 20 baker's yeast on some blood parameters of laying hens. A total of 132 Ross-Brown layers (25 weeks of age) was used. There was a control and three treatment groups each containing 33 hens. The experimental period lasted 26 weeks. Blood samples were taken at the beginning, 13th and 26th weeks of the experiment and analyzed for total protein, uric acids, calcium and inorganic phosphorus in serum. It is concluded that baker's yeast added to laying hen rations up to 20 had no effect on the investigated blood parameters
