Grapevine mite pests

Grapevines are affected by many diseases and pests. In the arid and subtropical vine-growing regions insects and mites are the main pests. The most important mite pests are representatives of the families Tetranychidae, Tenuipalpidae and Eriophyidae. In the paper bioecological and control of Tetranychus urticae Koch, Brevipalpus lewisi Mc Gregor, Colomerus vitis (Pgst.) and Calepitrimerus vitis (Nal.) are presented.
