Influence of the YEA-SACC 1026 on the development and metabolite activity of rumen protozoa by sheep

The research was carried out for 6 months.Six sheep with an average live weight 48+-kg were used.All experimental animals were fistulated.The animals were fed the same base ration during the all experimental period.During the experimental period 4 g/probiotic YEA-SACC 1026, per animal daily were supplemented to the ration of all animals.YEA-SACC 1026 decreased the total number of rumen ciliate (P0.05), and nitrogen level in the ciliate biomass (P0.001).YEA-SACC 1026 did not change significantly amminoacid's level in the ciliates of the rumen content.
