Effect of dietary composition and phosphorus level on some biochemical parameters in jejunal enterocytes of broiler chicks

Two 56-day traits were conducted to evaluate the response of feeding corn-soybean meal and fish meal diet (basal diets) with equal content of total P (0.59%) and available P (0.29%) supplemented with 0.2, 0.3 and 0.4% Pin on alkaline phosphatase activity in blood serum and jejunal enterocytes Na+, K+ ATPase activity and P-RNA and P-DNA concentration in jejunal enterocytes.There was established a considerable increase in serum and enterocite alkaline phosphatase activity of chicks fed basal diets compared to the enzyme activity after supplementation with 0.2% (to FMBD) - 0.3% (to CSBMBD) Pin.The higest Na+. K+, ATP was indicated in jejunal enterocites of broilers fed basal diets supplemented with 0.2% (to CSBMBD) - 0.3% (to FMBD) Pin.P-RNA consentration and protein: P-DNA ratio increased after supplementation of basal diets with 0.4% Pin.The data suggest that biochemical consequences coming as a results of feeding phosphorus deficient basal diets were eliminated after supplementation with 0.2-0.3% Pin.
