Study on mineral fertilizing, growth regulators and nitragin in a legume-grass mixture

Three rates of fertilizing with phosphorus and potassium (16.24 and 32 kg/da), three rates of fertilizing with nitrogen (16.24 and 32 kg/da) with two applicaton times (spring and autumn), a presowing treatment of seed with molybdenum and nitrogen and two kinds of seed encapsulation with growth regulartors and microelements were tested. It was found that dry matter yield from the legumre-grass mixture increased by the phosphorus-potassium fertilizing, as compared to unfertilized sward, by 5.2-11.0%. The nitrogen fertilizing made in autumn with increasing rates increased the dry matter yield, as compared to the background, by 8.2-16.7%. The dry matter yield from the autumn nitrogen fertilizing made with increasing rates, exceeded those from the spring fertilizing by 9.6-14.9%.
