Three crossbred steers fitted with permanent ruminal cannulas were used to determine ruminal disapperance characteristics of corn treated with different methods by Nylon bag technique. Degradability of OM of corn, corn treated with inorganic new protector, ogranic new protector, 10 fresh blood corn and 30 fresh blood corn was 53.03, 43.91, 53.57, 35.73 and 38.85, respectively. Non-protein OM (NPOM) was 53.67, 48.06, 55.72, 39.24 and 44.48, respectively. The digestibilities determined by bovine intestine fluid (BIF) of OM and NPOM of corn of rumen incubated 12 hour showed: The OM digestibilities of corn, corn treated with inorganic new protector, organic new protector, 10of fresh blood corn and 30 fresh blood corn were 74.26, 76.26, 75.54, 77.88 and 77.43, respectively. The NPOM digestibilities were 63.92, 64.78, 64.43, 67.78 and 65.00, respectively.
