The pepper corn may well be small but it is strong, at least on the market of the spices. One third of the HUF 4 billion turnover is generated by the black pepper. The other part of the product range sold is divided among the other spices and spice mixes. The choice of those is permanently growing. The two leading brands, the Horvath Rozi and especially the Kotanyi are always bringing out some new mixes, their sales and promotions are also animating the market of the spices.
