[Choosing polished rice degree on milling to increase rice supply]

A research of the choosing of the polished rice degree on milling to increase rice stuff has been done. The result showed that the carbohydrate contained in the hundred-polished degree rice significantly difference: 75; 50; 25 and nil. The polished rice with more than 95.74 degree has carbohydrate content more than 92.01 percent and is not significantly difference from the hundred-polished rice so, it is better that the rice must be milled on more than 95.74 degree. The choosing of rice polished degree more than 95.74 on milling process can increase rice stuff, less than 0.43 percent, rather than the dry milling rice of hundred degree
