Purification and properties of enzymatic synthesis of fructose esters of palm fatty acid

إنجليزي. Ethyl acetate has been used as a solvent in the purification of fructose ester of palm fatty acid by elution column chromatography. Almost all fructose esters synthesized by enzymatic process, such as fructose palmitate, fructose oleate, and fructose stearate could be isolated. Using chloroform as solvent, only fructose palmitate and fructose stearate could be isolated. Analysis of physicochemical properties shows that this surfactant has a melting point of 49-52.3 deg. C. and hydrophile-lipophile balance which covers the range suitable for used in cosmetics, detergent, and foods. This surfactant could also reduce surface tension of water from 72 dyne/cm to 38 dyne/cm
اظهر المزيد [+] اقل [-]الأندونيسية. Etil asetat telah digunakan sebagai pelarut dalam pemurnian fruktosa ester asam lemak sawit secara khromatografi elusi. Dengan menggunakan pelarut ini hampir seluruh fruktosa ester yang disintesis secara enzimatis seperti fruktosa palmitat, fruktosa oleat dan fruktosa stearat dapat diisolasi, sementara dengan menggunakan pelarut khloroform hanya fruktosa palmitat dan fruktosa stearat saja yang dapat diisolasi. Hasil analisis sifat-sifat fisika kimia menunjukkan bahwa fruktosa ester ini mempunyai titik leleh antara 49-52,3 derajat Celcius dan hydrophile lipophile balance yang termasuk ke dalam rentang untuk penggunaan kosmetik, deterjen dan makanan. Surfaktan ini juga dapat menurunkan tegangan permukaan air dari 72 dyne/cm kepada 38.3 dyne/cm
