The given research has been carried out with the aim to study the favourable influence of enzyme preparations on the biosynthesis of albumens in chicken's organism. The influence can be proven by the increased content of nucleic acid in birds' blood. As the nucleic acid is one of the most important substances in living organisms, its content in blood is very essential. The analysis of the resulting research data shows that the highest increase of nucleic acid content in chicken-broilers' blood was observed under the influence of the enzyme preparation Vilzim F additives in the birds' diet. On the basis of the research data and the information in the scientific literature the following conclusion can be drawn: the addition of the studied enzyme preparations to poultry feed increases the biosynthesis of albumens in chicken's organisms thus promoting the increase of their live weight.
