Securities market is a very important constituent part of market economy system. It secures the enterprises - securities emitents - approach to capital resources, but the owners of free money reserves - an opportunity to invest with profit. The enterprise which is quoted in the stock exchange has an opportunity to attract additional capital, thus, it is able to boost the production process, improve the condition of enterprise finance and widen the production assortiment and quality.
