Influence of some intravenously anesthetic drugs on the isolated frog's heart

The aim of this research was to investigate the influence of premedication's drugs: atropine sulphate and acepromazine maleate, and intravenously anaesthetic drugs: ketamine hydrochloride and diazepam on the isolated frog's heart, if to exclude its reflectory effect from the central nervous system on the heart. We concluded, that these drugs have a direct effect on the heart.
