The present research investigated the impact of farming methods (monoculture, simplified and traditional crop-rotations) on the occurrence of soil mocroorganisms beyond and in the rhisosphere on fodder pea (Pisum sativum) plantation. The results obtained showed that the system of crop rotation had a significant impact on the population and dynamics of microorganisms in rhisosphere of fodder pea plantation, especially for monoculture. The rhisosphere of fodder pea cultivated in monoculture showed a decrease in the population of mycoantagonostic bacteria of the Pseudomonas and Arthrobacter genus. Simplifying the crop rotation, it can be observed that the relationship between the population of the bacteria and fungi researched for the fodder pea plantation showed a deterioration of phytosanitary soil condition
