Influence of temporary flood on the infestation level near to the Liwiec and the Kostrzyn

The observations on weeding of spring cereals and stuble fields, situated in the Liwiec and Kostrzyn river valleys were carried out in 1997 and 1998. The gathered material was composed of 70 records made according to Braun-Blanquet method. The stubble fields and spring cereals communities were species-rich, with a large participation of hygrophilous species. The presence of a large number of rare species and taxa endangered extinction was noted (Herniaria hirsuta, Linaria minor, Anagalis arvensis, etc.)
