[Study of date palm manufacturing and marketing and the exploitation of date and palm residues in Arab Republic of Egypt]

This paper deals with the status of date-palm agriculture in Egypt with all its importance as well as its inconveniency. The paper contains informations about the production, date trade between Egypt and foreign countries, and the importance of date cvulture in Egypt. The second chapter deals with the technologies of manufacturing date products, while the third chapterdeals with the marketing. The fourth and last chapter deals with the problems and the obstacles concerning the development of date and date byproducts production.
