The paper deals with selected agricultural plants response to different Cd concentrations in environment. The focus is given to the analysis of biometric quantitative markers of growth and production beside two variants exposure terms of Cd operating, which was aplicated in solution and in soil within several concentrations. The results suggest clearly negative phytotoxic effect of Cd to corn general after stretch of 0.8 mg/l concentration and exactly the accuracy of used indicating value for Cd content in soil is certified. The presence of Cd within 5-15 mg/l concentration rate had significantly negative effect to production and growth of variant parts of bean and has conditioned Cd risk cumulation in dry matter of this agricultural plant
