The study gives the results of monitoring of structure development and economical results for legal persons in the year 1990-1998. Data files contain selected indicators for enterprises farming on land in the form like co-operatives, trade companies and state farms. The study also gives the analysis of development of legal forms and size of enterprises according to agricultural land, number of employees, production and value added. The development of indicators is analysed by the size, legal forms of farming, natural conditions and economical results of enterprises
