The invention is referred to methods of purifying wastes of the animal complexes. The method of purifying suggested is distinguished by using one and the same type of plants having different phases of growth at every stage of biological purification and located in special vegetative vessels. At the first stage plants of intensive phase of growth are used and at the last one - plants of initial phase. Being transferred from one vessel to another the wastes are aerated while passing through intermediate capacities for 15-25 min. As the intermediate a hydroponic material is used which retains 70 % of suspended substances. The wastes are purified while passing through root system as well. The required degree of purification is achieved for 6-7 days
