This work is dealing with chronical morbidity of employees in oil factories in the Vojvodina Province, Serbia (Yugoslavia), in order to see wheather in chronical sickness of these workers there are some that can be causally connected with working conditions. Obtained results show that the number of damages of hearing and chronical bronchitis are statistically important for workers in oil industry at the level of significance p0.02 and p0.001, so taht the causally mentioned sickness can be brought in the correlation with damages in the working environment.
