The influence of fertilization and sowing rate on the baking quality in winter wheat

The influence of some production factors on selected parameters of technological quality of Triticum aestivum and Triticum durum grains. Pertinant data concerning the influence of sowing rates and fertilization variants show that investigated production factors have a highly significant and singificant influence on parameters of technological quality in the grain of Triticum aestivum and Triticum durum. The fertilization level assigned for the final yield of 5 t and the sowing rate of 2.5 mil. germinable seeds per hectare were often manifested in these experiments as the most suitable ones. Highly significant year influence with the year variability on the wet gluten content of 19.3% (durum) and 35.3% (aestivum wheat). Grain vitreousness 7.2 (aestivum) and 11.3% (durum) and 27.3% in yellow pigments content (durum) on the technological quality parameters were stated.
