An analysis was performed on the productivity of the fine-wool sheep herd in IWS-General Toshevo, represented by 13 lines with total number from 1263 to 2484 sheep for the period 1990-1997.The conclusion was imposed that existed relative equalization of separate lines on the basic productive traits.Uniform selection of lines gives an opportunity for restriction of their number and for directing to lines of specialized type.
