One of the serious problems of globalization is the territorially and socially limited actor of social behaviour. Territorially localized social communities are declining; nevertheless, there is a need to strengthen and reconstruct social communities. Community that takes up a certain physical, social and cultural space is a source of activities, i.e. collective actor that is able to respond in an alternative way to the negative and positive aspects of globalization.
