Analysis of the house thermal energetics

The aim of the article is to give a review of the apartment house thermal energetic, calculating heat losses and finding out possibilities to save energy. The methods of calculating the heat transfer are discussed and the heat losses of the domestic hot water system have been found. The heat energy consumption of the heating system of the building for the last three years has been measured and analyzed. With the help of the dynamic model of the thermal processes in the house the heating power and energy losses have been estimated and compared with measurement data. The possibilities for dimishing the energy demand are described
