Changes in organic acids and sugar composition of citrus curtivar 'Haruka' during maturation

Fruit shape is oblate, skin color is light- yellow, fruit surface is medium, fruit apex concave ring is present in 'HARUKA'. Decrease in free acidity of 'HARUKA' was faster than that of 'Hyuganatsu', reaching a level of 1g per 100ml juice in November. Time of maturity is February. Citric acid content of 'HARUKA' was low compared with other citrus cultivars, and the content of citric and malic acid were 40 % each of total organic acid at maturity.
