In the internationalization of agricultural products, corporate management is expected. This paper attempts to present some agriculture management style, especially aimed at the family type corporation. We studied the motives of the corporate establishment, the relationship between corporate managers and employees among surveyed corporation. We have arrived at the following conclusion: First, there were various cases regarding motive. Some managers hope that the reformation of arming will take place unaided, others pursue the advantage of the policy system. The management activity is also different in each corporation. Second, considering the existence and the influence of employees in farming, if necessary, corporate manager attempt to set up work condition (holiday, a welfare pension, and so on) through management strategy
