International development cooperation for developing countries in general

As an introductory note, international development cooperation fro developing countries was very concisely surveyed in this paper. In the introduction, considerable attention was paid to the concept of "development" and "international development cooperation" for developing countries. Next, "North-South Issues" were examined with special reference to international development cooperation, finally followed by a brief examination of trends of international development cooperation. Practical lessons were derived before conclusion. It is expected that this short paper could be made a benchmark one for the forwarding sectional papers concerned.
