Evaluation of biological inoculant AIV**R Bioprofit and additive AIV-2000 in lucerne second cut silage

The aim of the given research was to study the influence of the biological inoculant AIV**R Bioprofit and the chemical additive AIV-2000 ion on big bale silage made from the second cut of lucerne with 35% DM content. The research was carried out in the years 1999 and 2000. The silage fermentation processes feed intake and cows' productivity were evaluated. The nutritive value and the microbiological characteristics of big bale silage made by different methods were analysed. The resulting analysis data are presented in tables and discussed.
