Yield and quality of crops are very complex characters depending on certain biological alignments between environment and heredity. Therefore pea varieties were analyzed under normal field conditions in Islamabad climate. Cultivar Olympia gave the highest number of plants m2 (25. 1) and lowest (13.7) was given by cultivar Rondo. Plants of cultivar Olympia were tall with 62.33 cm height closely followed by cultivar Navona. Cultivar Rondo produced maximum number of leaves (87) while the lowest number of leaves (79) were produced by cultivar green feast. Cultivar Olympia flowered earlier on 46 DAP than rest of the cultivars. Maximum number of pods plant-1 (23) was produced by cultivar Olympia, while the lowest (21) was given by cultivar Navona. Cultivar Rondo gave the highest pod weight (2.7 g) number of grains pot-1 (7), total grain weight (26.5 g) and 100 grain weight (26.5 g). Highest I yield of 8.649 ton ha-1 was given by cultivar Olympia and lowest pod yield of 5.202 ton ha-1 was recorded in case of cultivar Vona. Variety Olympia is early maturing with less days to 50 % flowering and more final pod yield.
