Fodder yield of sorghum as influenced by different nitrogen levels and time of irrigation

To study the effect of different nitrogen levels and time of irrigation on the fodder yield of sorghum, an experiment was carried out at Malakandher Research Farm, NWFP Agricultural University, Peshawar, Pakistan, during 1997 in randomized complete block design with split plot arrangement having four replications placing time of irrigation in the main plots and nitrogen levels, in the subplots. Nitrogen levels: 0, 40, 80 and 120 kg per hectare. The time at which the irrigation applied were: just after sowing, 15, 30 and 45 days after sowing.
