Maize kernel with 22 and 24 percent of moisture content were inoculated with spore suspension of Fusarium moniliforme, isolate of high zearalenone producing fungi at the rate of 100 ml/10 kg of seeds then packed in jute sac and thick plastic bag at 10 kgs of each container kept them at room temperature for 10 days. Those maize grain in thick plastic bag produced zearalenone more than in jute sac.. Maize kernel with 30 percent of moisture content packed in jute sac then storage in different four condition of temperature. High concentration of zearalenone is produced when kept at the condition of room temperature for one week followed by 15 deg C for 3 weeks at 2525.07 ppb in 17 days after storage.
