Studies are conducted on intensifying the speed of producing acids by the Lactobacillus delbrueckii culture by means of involving the producent cells immobilized on various sorbents. A technology is developed of obtaining the ethyl alcohol from a molasse on the background of biological acidification of the medium. As a result of the studies conducted on the processes of joint cultivation of the lactic acid bacteria and yeasts-saccharomyces when using the technology of alcoholic fermentation of the molasse wort, an apparatuses-technological scheme is worked out. The alcohol production technology with the biological acidification of the medium was subjected to the production testing at Luhansk distillery. In addition, studies on feeding cattle with using the lactic acid wash, conducted by the Feeds Inst. (Vinnytsa), proved high effectiveness of this product as a feed additive to animal rations
