Up to now, ploughing to plant sugar cane has utilized standard disk plough linked with 50 - 80 HP tractors. This brought about the depth of plough only reaching 22 - 23 cm. The agronomists advised that ploughing at the minimum depth 30 cm would increase the yield. Therefore, designing standard disk plough linked with tractors over 100 HP to plough at 30 cm deep is the aim of agricultural engineering field
