The aim of this study was investigation of influence of different filtration materials on heavy metals content. This filtration materials are in use in wine cellars. Obtained results shown that filtration, besides its main role (obtaining of comprehensive and stable wine), significantly contributes to decreasing of total amount of heavy metals in wine. Total wine quality and its healthy propriety are increased on that way. Results obtained in laboratory significantly follows results obtained on industrial level.
