Species, sexindex and flight dynamic of the larval and pupal parasitoids on Diprion pini L., Hymenoptera, Diprionidae in Strandja mountain

In Strandja mountain Diprion pini L. Hymenoptera, Diprionidae, is a new pest in a new Pinus plantation. It is demonstrated that together with the pest there are 7 species of the parasitoids from 3 families. From all isolated parasitoids Pleolophus basizonus Grav. is 76,39%, Diptera - 10,0% and Lamachus frutetorum Htg. - 8,42%. Sexindex - 0,48. Middle per cent of parasitatin is 41,7%. In laboratory conditions parasitoid P. basizonus flights 1 month before flight of the pest.
