The possibilities for optimization of farming land categorization through the coordination of ecological and economical criteria for equivalence of real estate property have been investigated. The necessity of using the evaluation of land by the major characteristics concerning the degree of fertility, expressed by the diversity and crop productivity, in the sphere of objectively functioning market structure of the agricultural production, has been stressed through out. An economical feature of mutual exchange of lands of different categories according to production and economical potential has been stated.
