Market anlysis of heating plants and perspective trends in creation of competitive product

By means of functional-and-costi analysis of heating plants fabricated in Germany, South Korea, Turkey and Czechia is found that high price of the boilers results from their polyelement design, use of expensive technologies and materials; a trend to growth of demand for reasonable-priced and high quality and reliable units meeting the paying capacity of mass consumer is revealed. With the aim of search design the results of investigations in the field of heat exchange are studied, a number of decisions is found, and the guidelines in creation of new heating plants are substantiated. A steel boiler "KAO-15" with combined heat exchanger designed for operation in autonomous heating systems and in hot water supply systems is developed. In comparison with the foreign analogues it has the lower specific metal content - 3.7 kg/kW resulted from compact design of combined-type heat exchanger. The dependences of efficiency of the unit and heating degree on heat-exchanger power are presented. The expedience of intensification of fuel combustion by means of electric current is shown. The characteristics of design-and-economic efficiency of the "KAO-15" boiler in comparison with the boiler of "Kiturami" (South Korea) company are given.
