In biological tests under the light source (at the light regime 16d/8n and photosynthetically active radiation 270 Ýmol.m-2.s-1) in years 1998 and 2000, experiments with winter wheat (L¡via and Astella) cultivated on the soil and silicate sand mixture in 4:1 ration were realised. The aim of experiments was to confirm morphoregulatory and antistress effects of the special organomineral fertilizer Avit-35 and its components (organic component B and mineral component A) in different moisture conditions of the soil substrate. The preparation Avit-35, resp. its components at the height of 5-8 cm wheat plants were foliarly applied. Experiments in year 1998 (variety Livia) - Pots with the thick wheat growth into four blocks according to the wet substrate (30 - 50 - 70 - 90/100% of the FWC) were arranged. Each of blocks had four variants of the preparation Avit-35 resp. its components (A + B, A, B) and control variant K with water application. Since day of the foliar application in periodically intervals the increase of the fresh aboveground mass and dry mass was observed. Seven days before the harvest in the block with 90% FWC on the extreme value 100% FWC was arranged. After 18 days from the preparation and its components application at the harvest of wheat the fresh matter and dry matter weight were measured and the percentile content of water in plant was calculated. Experiments in year 2000 (variety Astella) - Pots with thick wheat growth into three blocks according to the wet substrate (20 - 60 - 90/100 of the FWC) were divided. Each block had five variants of the preparation Avit-5 application (K, A + B, A, B and A + B + KF). The KF-component used in the last variant is the ornithine decarboxylase inhibitor, which inhibitive-stimulation effect is partially analogous as the effect of ethanolamine, which is the part of the B component of the preparation Avit-35. Plant samples on the determination of the fresh aboveground and root mass weight, the leaf weight and individual leaf area, next dry mass of the aboveground, root and individual leaves from all variants in seven days intervals since day of the preparations foliar application were taken. Since the application date the dry aboveground to dry root mass ration, the water content in the individual plant parts and the net assimilation rate were calculated. Seven days since the spraying, in the block with 90% FWC, on the extreme 100% FWC it was adapted. In water deficiency conditions, winter wheat plants after Avit-35 application used water better (contain more water than the control variant plants). At the soil waterlogging plants contain on the contrary less water to the control variant plants. what denote the tone down of the plant stress in these soils. Growth characteristics demonstrate perspicuously initially (about fourteen days) inhibitory effect of Avit-35 and following an intensively stimulation effect on the growth and plant development. In dry conditions plants treated by Avit-35 had the biggest dry aboveground mass. In waterlogged conditions and relatively optimal conditions of the wet soil substrate (60% FWK) plants treated by B component had the most intense aboveground growth. At the plant total leaf area same relations were discovered. The dry aboveground/root matter ratio was the biggest on the variant treated by Avit-35 and by mixture Avit-35 with the ornithine decarboxylase inhibitor in the all wet soil conditions. Values are the averages of two separate coterminous experiments
