Introduction of superovulation reaction with the aim to gain sufficient number of high-quality embryos is very important in the process of recovery and transfer of embryos in pigs. Cyclic gilts were fed daily over a period of 11 days with 5 ml Regumate. On the last day of the treatment animals received 1500 IU PMSG followed by 500 IU HCG 72 h later. Gilts were inseminated twice 24 hours and 36 hours after HCG. Gilts were slaughtered at different times after HCG. We noticed 35.6 ovulations per donor at the recovery rate 88,9% of embryos and oocytes. We achieved the gain of 30,1 embryos and oocytes per donor. We noticed this convenient moment for each embryo stage: for zygotes were 44 hours after HCG, for 2-cells embryos were 48 hours after HCG, 4-cells embryos were 88 hours after HCG and for 8-cells embryos were 112 hours after HCG. We also found out: 2-cells embryos exist 5-7 hours, 4-cells embryos 38-42 hours, 8-cells embryos 21-23 hours
