Transformation model of spray irrigation distribution uniformity

The distribution uniformity of an HRON 9026 belt irrigator with an SP sprinkler was examined. The static irrigation curves obtained were transformed into dynamic ones, which served for calculation of spraying uniformity, and spacing between belt irrigators with the highest spraying uniformity was suggested. The proposed transformation model of distribution curve at given sector of spraying and a gradual change in spacing between belt irrigators helps to find the optimum variant of sprayer setting in order to reach the required diagonal spraying uniformity, which will substantially influence qualitative and economic irrigation indicators. Using the transformation model also makes it possible to save financial costs of sprayer testing in field conditions providing the static irrigation curve is available
