The invention is referred to virology and biotechnology and can be used at the biological industry enterprises producing vaccine medications used for the prophylaxis of cattle leucosis. The invention is aimed at obtaining highly immunogenic effective harmless leucosis vaccine which contributes to active immunity and is maintained on the account of immunocompetent cells. The inactivated anti-leucose vaccine includes the cattle leucosis inactivated virus which is grown on re-innoculated sheep embryo's kidney cell culture and as additional includes a sorbent, immunomodulator and adjuvant. The vaccine is purposed for prophylactic immunization of young cattle at the age 6-8 months. The positive effect is achieved following 3-time subcutaneous immunization at the rate of 2 ml with a 14-days interval
