Comparative investigation of the technological quality between some varieties and derived lines of winter wheat

The objective of this study was to determine the comparative investigation of the technological quality, between some varieties and derived lines of winter wheat. From the obtained results the following can be concluded: technological quality, as a number of traits, it is very hard to make combinations of genes, for all parameters of quality; according to commercial quality all (five) derived lines are to the 1st quality class, but to the farinograf quality are classified in the B1 quality subgroup; the best technological quality showed, only two lines: SK-15/90 and SK-34/90 for most parameters.
