2001
Pericin, D. (University of Novi Sad, Novi Sad (Yugoslavia). Faculty of Technology) | Snajder, H. | Antov, M.
The aim of this study was to detect low amylolytic activities. The conditions applied to detect basal activity were previously established in a model system consisting of commercial amyloglucosidase preparation and different percentages of ammonium sulphate and tert-butanol. From the results otained we can conclude that three-phase partitioning method can be successfully applied for detection of low amylolytic activity. This method upon corresponding condition can also be applied for detection, except aimed activity, the others enzyme activity.
