The Method of Determining the Cross-Section of M. Longisimus Dorsi ("Eye Area")

Another method of determining the cross-section of M. longisimus dorsi by graduated plate is suggested. THe high accuracy (P0,001) of the method is due to the availability of small squares on the plate and the ease of their calculation under environmental conditions.
