[Effect of blood flour level uses as a part of supplement of fish flour on the production of quail egg (Coturnix-coturnix japonica)]

This research was carried out by taking 80 female of quail which was intended to know the effect of level blood flour uses as a part of supplement of fish flour toward production of quail egg (Coturnix-coturnix japonica) at ages 7-24 weeks. This research used randomized complete design with 4 treatments and 4 replications where each replication was 5 quail. The variable watched was feed consumption, egg production and feed conversion. The result of this research showed that, the level of blood flour uses as a part of supplement of fish flour give nonsignificant effect toward feed consumption, egg production and feed conversion of quail at ages 7-24 weeks

Penelitian ini menggunakan 80 ekor burung puyuh betina yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat penggunaan tepung darah sebagai pengganti sebagian tepung ikan terhadap produksi telur burung puyuh (Coturnix-coturnix japonica) umur 7-24 minggu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan, setiap ulangan terdapat 5 ekor burung puyuh. Peubah yang diamati adalah konsumsi ransum, produksi telur dan konversi ransum. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan tepung darah sebagai pengganti sebagian tepung ikan memberikan pengaruh yang tidak nyata terhadap konsumsi ransum, produksi telur dan konversi ransum ternak burung puyuh umur 7-24 minggu
