Response of spray Anemones (Yellow) Chrysanthemum to deferent Paclobutrazol concentrations (0, 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 ppm/plant) applied twice as foliar spray was studied to select an appropriate level of Paclobutrazol for the gardens and exhibitions. The results indicated that 500 ppm Paclobutrazol had significant effects on Chrysanthemum plants which showed maximum decrease in plant height (43.510%), peduncle length (0.492 cm) and internodes length (0.332 cm) as compared with control. It had also significant effects on increase in stem diameter (40.795 %), peduncle diameter (0.245 cm), and early flower bud initiation (80.000 days), while maximum flower age (31.750 days) was recorded in plants treated with 300 ppm Paclobutrazol/plant. Flower size, leaf size, root length and root diameter were not so much affected by any of the Paclobutrazol concentrations, and thus showed non significant of effects on them. The data shows significant variation at 5 % level of significance (P less than or equal to 0.05).
