Kind of soils, habitats, ground water level were determined as well as the meadow communities for which the moisture numbers were calculated. Efficient reclamation equipment and using pratotechnical treatments ensured the maintenance of habitats and meadow communities on moorshed soils quite stabile. Negligence of reclamation facilities in the source segments of river valleys led to increased moisture content, number of species, appearance of boggy habitats species and - as a results - to appearance of boggy habitats. Moorshed meadows on mineral-moorsh soils, meadows on organic peat-moorsh soils, meadows on organic silty soils and silted peat-moorsh are of productive importance. The meadows on organic soils of remired peat-moorsh, because of high moisture content and increased biodiversity, might be classified to ecological usage
